How long will it take to set HubSpot up?

Information on how long onboarding takes and when you can expect to start using your new HubSpot account.

Firstly, it is important to mention that any software implementation should not be rushed. The onboarding period is the most important part of your experience with your new software and we will be working with you closely throughout onboarding to make sure your new HubSpot account is set up for long term success.

That said, it is important that you see a return on investment as soon as possible and with the busyness of your day-to-day role continuing alongside your HubSpot onboarding, streamlining your processes as quickly as possible will be a high priority for you. 

Our onboarding plans all run for 3 months, we start the process with the kick-off call that explains what the process will look like and run for 13 weeks from this date. 

How much time you have 1-2-1 with your consultant depends which onboarding plan you choose to purchase and we are happy to advise on which we think is the best fit based on your timelines and wider workload.

We do understand that you may have some urgent priorities or processes that need addressing and we will always aim to be flexible in making this possible. Your dedicated HubGem Consultant will be an expert at delivering effective HubSpot implementations so work with them to explore timelines and make sure you are clear about what your priorities are.

There are certain parts of onboarding that must happen in a set order, this enables us to make the most of our onboarding time together and get your account set up for success. One example is that in order to get lead capture forms live on your site, we must define your properties first. Another example is that in order to send automated emails, we must have your GDPR consent options and subscription types configured first.
