One of our Growth Consultants will recommend the best HubSpot products to meet your needs following your initial exploratory calls.
We can take care of every step of your purchase - no need to speak to HubSpot directly. We can of course bring HubSpot reps into conversations at any stage if this would be helpful.
Here's an overview of the purchase process you can expect when you work with us:
1) Attend an education or non-profit specific HubSpot demo with one of our specialists.
2) Discuss your individual requirements with us on an Exploratory call (you may want to bring in key decision-makers at this point and we are happy to do an individual demo too).
3) We will recommend the right HubSpot products and an Onboarding plan to meet your needs, we will discuss costs timelines and explore any strategic priorities relevant for the implementation. We are happy to meet with you again if you want to ask any questions at this stage.
Once you are ready to proceed.
4) We will send over details on next steps; including our Terms of Service, new client forms, purchase links. Note that HubSpot offer a range of billing options for their subscription, we can talk through these with you and make sure you are happy with everything.
5) Once you have returned the above we will invoice you for onboarding (this should be paid prior to kick-off), and we will schedule your sessions in the diary.
6) Kick off! This is the first session of onboarding and where the fun stuff starts!
