At the start of onboarding you will be assigned a dedicated HubGem consultant who will be responsible for the success of your project.
You will work closely with this consultant throughout your three months of onboarding to ensure that the HubSpot tools are implemented successfully, and they will be your main point of contact for any concerns or questions.
The onboarding itself (like all of our support plans) will be delivered remotely via Zoom. The sessions are usually one or two per week, exactly how much contact time you will have with your consultant depends on the onboarding plan that you choose.
In addition to your calls, some of our onboarding plans also include some hands-on technical support which your consultant will complete outside of the calls.
