At the start of onboarding you will be assigned a dedicated HubGem consultant who will guide you through the entire process and be your main point of contact.
You’ll work closely with your consultant over the course of your onboarding (typically three months), with sessions delivered remotely via Zoom. Most onboarding plans include one or two calls per week, depending on the level of support included.
In some plans (such as our Full Works Onboarding) your consultant will also complete hands-on technical work between calls to support with the set up of your account.
