Firstly, we are so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you have received from us. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional level of customer service and building relationships with our customers and are always looking for ways that we can improve.
If you are an existing customer and you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving, please reach out to your consultant in the first instance who will do everything they can to help.
