Information on our monthly support plans and the flexibility we can offer.
We strive to offer as much flexibility as possible to our clients - we know that planning diaries can be tricky and workload can vary month to month. That's why we offer a range of support plans designed for all different budgets and diaries.
As a business, we have to manage the capacity of our consultants very carefully - and make sure that they are available for you when you need them. As sector-specific specialists, our consultants are in high demand and have multiple clients each, this means that unfortunately, we just cannot manage their capacity if we offered varying levels of support month-to-month.
We advise working closely with our sales team to identify the right plan for your requirements and also with your consultant to ensure they can use their allocated time effectively to help you reach your goals.
Although we cannot vary the hours we allocate to your plan month to month, we are able to vary how we use this allocated time. So if one month you want us to do more training with you and your team, and then next month you want us to complete more hands-on technical tasks then this is fine as that time would be allocated for you already.
We want to make sure you are happy with the support you are receiving and your consultant will be sure to discuss your expectations and priorities with you frequently.
Our monthly plans are a minimum of 3-month duration - as this allows us to make an impact but also offers flexibility. Many of our client start on a higher level plan for 3 months and lower this at point of renewal if they no longer need the same level of support.
If a support plan is not appropriate for you, we occasionally offer hourly ad-hoc sessions - note that these are available for current or previous HubGem customers only and are subject to availability. Email us to find out more.
