We need to vary our level of support each month - is that possible?

Information on our monthly support plans and the flexibility we can offer.

We aim to offer as much flexibility as we can, whilst managing our consultants’ capacity carefully to ensure you get the high-quality support we’re known for.

By default, your support hours are agreed upfront.
🗣️ If you need to change how those hours are used, speak to your consultant first, then confirm in writing to support@hubgem.co.uk.
📝 Changes are handled case by case.

💡 A few things to note:

  • Executive (technical) hours can not be converted into consulting hours.

  • Need more consulting time? We offer bundles of additional hours, or you can increase your plan (subject to availability)

⬆️ If you’d like to increase your plan, this can usually be arranged, and you’ll just pay the difference.

⬇️ Plans can be reduced at the end of your initial term or at renewal.
Your consultant will work with you to make sure your hours are used in the most effective way for your goals.
