Information on our monthly support plans and the flexibility we can offer.
We aim to offer as much flexibility as we can, whilst managing our consultants’ capacity carefully to ensure you get the high-quality support we’re known for.
By default, your support plan hours are agreed upfront. Any changes to how those hours are used should be discussed with your consultant in the first instance and confirmed in writing to support@hubgem.co.uk. These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Please note, due to pricing differences, executive (technical) hours cannot be converted into consulting hours. If you need more consulting time (for strategy, training, etc.), we can offer bundles of additional consulting hours, or look to increase your plan, subject to availability.
If you’d like to increase your plan, this can usually be arranged, and you’ll just pay the difference. Plans can be reduced at the end of your initial term or at your renewal point. Your consultant will always work with you to ensure your hours are used effectively and in line with your priorities- just keep us in the loop as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.
