What happens at the end of Onboarding?

As the end of Onboarding approaches, you may be considering further support, such as one of our Monthly Support Plans

As you approach the final weeks of onboarding, your consultant will speak with you about the next steps as part of the arranged schedule.

At the end of onboarding you have some choices, you can move on to a Monthly Support Plan where your consultant and the HubGem team will continue to offer support - we have a range of  Support Plans for all different budgets. This is the best way to keep up the momentum and have the helping hand of your consultant for longer beyond the onboarding period.

There's no obligation to take this option if you don't feel you need it, onboarding can stop at the end of the 3 months - though we will miss you! We will pass you back over to HubSpot where you will be able to use the free HubSpot support live chat and other resources such as Knowledge Base and HubSpot Academy. The majority of our clients do go onto a Monthly Support Plan with us, these have a minimum commitment of 3 months, so it can help to bridge the gap following the end of onboarding and provide peace of mind that you still have support.
