What happens at the end of onboarding?

As the end of onboarding approaches, you might be considering further support, such as one of our Monthly Support Plans

As your onboarding comes to an end, you’ll have the option to continue working with your HubGem consultant through one of our Monthly Support Plans. These are designed to help you keep up momentum, get the most out of HubSpot, and access ongoing expert support. We offer a range of plans to suit different needs and budgets.

There’s no obligation to continue with a support plan – though we’ll definitely miss you! If you choose not to continue, your account will be handed back to HubSpot, where you can access free support via live chat, the HubSpot Knowledge Base, and HubSpot Academy resources.

Most of our clients do choose to move onto a support plan for at least the first few months post-onboarding. With a minimum term of 3 months, this ongoing support can help you navigate next steps with confidence and give you peace of mind that help is on hand when you need it.
