Which HubSpot products do I need?

Use the links below to learn more about the five different Hubs. These Hubs are offered at different levels (Starter, Professional and Enterprise), with different pricing and features to suit organisations of all sizes.

Education organisations using HubSpot

For schools, colleges, and universities that want to use HubSpot to streamline their marketing efforts, and align marketing and admissions we would generally recommend Marketing and Sales Hub Professional as a minimum.

For larger universities or colleges handling thousands of admissions and more complex marketing operations, we would recommend Marketing and Sales Enterprise as a minimum.

Charities and non-profit organisations using HubSpot

For non-profits looking to streamline communications, attract more supporters and use automation to support fundraising efforts and build out effective keep warm campaigns- we would generally recommend Marketing and Sales Hub Professional as a minimum.  

Some small charities we work with use Starter products and have seen success, although this often means using additional software (such as Zapier) to add functionality where it is limited in the Starter HubSpot products.
