We take data protection seriously and take a number of measures to protect any data we have access to. Your consultant will have access to view and edit your data that is stored in your HubSpot account, but will not action any changes without your prior permission.
All of our consultants use 2-factor-authentication to access HubSpot and almost all of their work will take place online within your HubSpot account. We do not store local copies of any data unnecessarily, and the only time we would ever download local copies of data is to support an import task or deliver data migration. Our team works on password-protected laptops/Macbooks and regularly deletes any local files.
